Celebrate Independence is a vendor offering direct support staff options to individuals with disabilities participating in self-direction. We are currently hiring one to one direct support staff to provide Personal Support Services (Enhanced), Community Development Servies, and Respite Services to individuals across multiple counties across Maryland. If you have professional, personal, or volunteer experience working with individuals with disabilities and have a passion for supporting others, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities of Personal Support Staff 

Personal Support Staff provide individualized support to encourage participants’ independence in their homes and communities. Tasks include but are not limited to activities of daily living, transportation, shopping, community access, and social activities. 

Responsibility of Community Development Staff 

Community Development Staff provide individuals with access and opportunities to participate in community-based activities that are meaningful and support building and strengthening social connections, socialization, life-long learning, recreation, and personal development.
