Responsibilities of On-going Job Support Staff:

On-going Job Support Staff are responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities in maintaining and thriving in employment that aligns with their vocational goals. This includes providing continuous on-the-job coaching, teaching new job tasks, navigating workplace relationships with co-workers and supervisors, ensuring workplace safety, and proactively identifying and overcoming barriers to long-term employment stability as outlined in the Person-Centered Plan.

Responsibilities of Respite Staff:

Respite staff provide supervision for health and safety while primary caregivers are not able to be present. Staff are expected to provide individualized support to encourage participants’ independence in their homes and communities. Tasks may include but are not limited to activities of daily living, transportation, shopping, community access, and social activities as outlined in the Person-Centered Plan.
