Becky is thrilled to join the Celebrate Independence team as a Staffing Case Manager and lifelong advocate for people with disabilities. Her career in disability services began at the Arc Carroll County’s residential program in 2016 and stems from a personal connection through her brother, Michael. Becky has also worked at a community living group home where she supported three residents. Becky was promoted to Personal Support Coordinator in 2017 where she established a committee comprised of individuals with disabilities and their staff to plan events around their interests. Becky transitioned to the role of Day Program Coordinator at Arc Carroll County in 2020. During the pandemic, Becky developed a virtual day program to assist individuals with staying connected and engaged with their community during the lockdown. In 2022, Becky joined Service Coordination, Inc. as a Coordinator of Community Services.
